Shipping policy
Order Processing and Pre-Orders Standard in-stock orders are processed within [Number] business days. Please note that items purchased as Pre-Orders will have varying processing times, which are indicated on the product page at the time of purchase. Orders containing a pre-order item will typically ship in full once all items are ready.
Domestic Shipping Rates (USA) We ship all domestic orders via USPS. The following flat rates apply at checkout:

International Shipping We offer international shipping via USPS. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your country; these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Returns and Exchanges We stand by our products and offer a 30-day return and exchange window for any reason.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at casey@thecrownsproject.com. To ensure a seamless experience, we provide free return shipping. Once your request is received, we will send a prepaid USPS return label directly to your email. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any USPS location.
